Remote Support
Within your first 90 days of purchasing a Mac, Apple provides complimentary support. We also recommend (and sell via our online store) AppleCare, Apple’s extended warranty and toll-free tech support solution.
Beyond this, MacAtoZ offers remote computer support coupled with a great set of online services in a product we call the MacAtoZ Service Suite (MSS). MSS is available in separate incarnations for Individuals, for Nonprofit organizations, and for Business.
The cornerstone of every MSS package is the ability to receive remote computer support via Mac HelpMate. With Mac HelpMate, a user can in three clicks of the mouse establish an encrypted connection between their Mac and MacAtoZ’s support machines. Mac HelpMate runs on Mac OS X 10.3 or higher.

The latest version of Mac HelpMate that we support can always be downloaded from this page (www.MacAtoZ.com/support), and anyone may download and use its non-remote support features free of charge.
In terms of remote support, it is important to note that if you are not an MSS member, you will be billed for a one-hour minimum, $96, for any remote service. MSS members are billed in 5 minute increments of our $96 hourly rate with a 15 minute minimum—one of many advantages of membership.
